Why work with me?
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, low self-esteem, and high self-expectations.

My approach is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, and I employ evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness depending on the concerns we're tackling.

My goals is to provide a safe, accepting, and inclusive environment where you can feel empowered to find a sense of direction and live life on your own terms.
